This interactive training presented by LEAF Inc. discusses stress and workplace wellness and why it is important. This training takes participants through a series of exercises and discussions to help them connect to their own level of wellbeing and explore ways to make positive changes.

Our well-being, or lack thereof, has power to make a positive or negative impact on those around us, even when we are not aware of it. By leveraging the power in the connections we have with others at home, in the workplace, and ultimately, within our communities, we can create positives “ripples” that move both outward, and inward.
