Instructor, Ellen Feldman, is a retired Global IBM Vice President with more than 30 years of business & technology consulting, strategic planning, leadership of professional services organizations, leading major initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness within IBM and for Fortune 500 companies. Ellen also has extensive experience with not-for-profit organizations as a board member and President of the Achieve Board of Directors (Broome-Tioga Chapter of NYS ARC) and as a Certified SCORE Mentor, specifically focused on Strategic Planning & Operational Effectiveness for Not-For-Profit Businesses.
The Otsego Chamber of Commerce offers these seminar for $35 per participant, per seminar.
