The new business will officially bring their delicious\, vegan treats to the community on Friday\, May 5 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at a ribbon cutting ceremony and ice cream social hosted by the Otsego County Chamber of Commerce at Muller Plaza on Main Street\, Oneonta.\n\nIn addition to their commitment to providing delicious\, salty and sweet plant based treats\, V sucr  (pronounced "veh-SOOH-cray") also prioritizes creating positive social impact in the community. They are proud to partner with the ARC Otsego and other organizations to provide work opportunities for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The team is thrilled to share their passion for dessert with the community while supporting a great cause. A portion of every V sucr  purchase supports the sheltered animals at Oneonta's Superheroes Humane Society.
