DESCRIPTION:The NYS Small Business Development Center at Binghamton University\, Small Business Advisor\, Michelle Catan will facilitate a roundtable discussion on financial lending for your business as a kick off to our annual Smart Business Otsego Fall Seminar series that we have hosted for the past seven consecutive years each October. The panel members include Grace H. Connors\, Lender Relations Specialist   U.S. SBA Syracuse District\,  Scott White\, President of Bank of Cooperstown\, Ryan Hill\,  Lending Specialist of NBT Bank\,  Dee Hillis\, Vice President of Delaware National Bank of Delhi\, Alan Rubin\, Entrepreneur and President from A & D Transport Services\, Douglas Gulotty\,President & CEO of Douglas Gulotty and Associates\, Inc.  Paul Hakim CCIM\, SEC of Pioneer Realty Advisors and Joanne Jones\, VP from Pursuit Lending . The panel members bring a vast amount of knowledge and expertise into Financial Lending options for small businesses. The seminar will give participants an overview of the different financial institutions lending policies as it relates to small business loans.
