DESCRIPTION:The Otsego County Chamber is excited to kickoff Leadership Otsego 2020 with a Chamber networking breakfast and information session for our Leadership Otsego program.\n\n \n\nWe are excited to offer for the 23rd year a program designed to prepare future leaders in Otsego County.\n\n \n\nThe curriculum explores current leadership topics such as motivating teams\, understanding local challenges\, managing conflict\, building professional networks\, building teams and enhancing your leadership presence in our community.  Through a series of six full-day sessions offered once a month from January to June\, participants will engage with area business leaders to understand challenges affecting Otsego County\, as well as\, build their leadership skills and network to address.\n\n \n\nSince its start in 1997\, Leadership Otsego has gathered over 200 area experts in various industries such as Education\, Healthcare\, Human Services\, Government and Non-Profit Services Organizations to share their time and experience with our next generation of leaders.\n\n \n\nParticipants range from entry-level managers to top administrators\, from newcomers to long-time residents rediscovering the area\, from young professionals to retirees\, and from natives to Otsego County to our commuters. \n\n \n\nPlease consider joining Leadership Otsego 2020 and becoming part of our county's powerful alumni network for economic development and innovation.
